Attention Tar Heels! We are excited to invite you to our Carolina Club Summer Send-Off, hosted for new UNC students from Hampton Roads on Saturday, August 3 from 12:00-2:00 PM.
It will be a casual afternoon gathering at Chick’s Oyster Bar in Virginia Beach. As an alumni club, we will congratulate new students heading to Chapel Hill to begin their journey as Tar Heels!
If you would like to attend, we are asking for a $20 contribution per alumni guest to cover the cost of food, which can be paid online at the link below, or in cash on the day of the event.
Additionally, we are looking for alumni gifts to help cover the cost of the event, including food, drinks, decorations, and perhaps gifts for the new students. Our goal is for this event to be free to the incoming students.
